El manual del profesional jurídico para la excelencia operativa (Spanish Edition) escrito por Mori Kabiri, lo recomiendo ampliamente para cualquier persona que quiera tomar decisiones basadas en datos reales, mitigar el riesgo e interpretar el desempeño de una manera mucho más objetiva. Y lo mejor, enfocado al área del Derecho (el cual muchas veces se siente ajeno a estos temas...) tanto en inglés como en español.
